I’m excited to introduce Therapeutic Mental Wellness Spa Retreats—beginning on select Saturdays, these 2.5-hour experiences are designed to help participants unwind, decompress, and begin (or deepen) their therapeutic healing journey while processing current stressors in a calming, luxurious spa environment.

What to Expect

Each retreat is a guided, therapist-led wellness experience that blends emotional support with intentional rest. You’ll have time to slow down, reflect, and connect—without the pressure of “performing” or having it all figured out.

A spa setting naturally supports nervous-system regulation. When your body feels safe and cared for, it becomes easier to access clarity, emotional release, and grounded coping. These retreats are facilitated by a licensed Psychotherapist (LCSW-C / LICSW) with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through stress, trauma, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm—using a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach.
