Our Specialty services include Skill building Workshops  and Therapy Intensives. Skill building Workshops are sessions that empower you to learn a specific skill that may be a barrier to your goals, relationships or in your work/school settings.  Therapy Intensives are a deep immersion into your healing where we take a deep dive into what's holding you back and tackle head on in a shorter time span than traditional therapy but at a increased frequency and intensity.
